RETURNS & DELIVERY

We want you to feel comfortable and happy with our Patty B products. If you are not satisfied with the fit, style or quality of a product when it arrives, there is no problem. You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the amount you paid for the item, or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer. Please note, as many of our products are made by hand, slight variations in size, colour or print are normal. You also have the right to cancel your purchase entirely if you let us know in writing within 7 days of receipt and return all the items. If you cancel your purchase in this way under the Distance Selling regulation, we will refund your total purchase amount.
Goods are returned to Patty B at your expense unless the goods are faulty. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us by email info@pattyb.cz or by phone on +420 607 225 752.

Local import duties and taxes may be payable when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined.

We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site will, on delivery, conform in all material respects with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.
